Thank you for shopping with Jamie Nicole Loc Studio and the Stay Rooted collection.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size, incorrect color selection, or personal preference.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the item and the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If your order has not yet entered production and you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Order cancellations

Because products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Final sale items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where required by applicable law.
