Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jamie Nicole Loc Studio and the Stay Rooted collection.

All Stay Rooted products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed rather than being pulled from pre-existing inventory.

Processing and production

Orders are typically processed and sent to production shortly after they are placed. Production times can vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping times

Shipping times vary based on the product, fulfillment location, shipping method, and destination. Estimated shipping information is provided during checkout when available.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains multiple products, your items may be produced and shipped separately. You may receive more than one package and separate tracking numbers.

Address accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the carrier's possession. If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next step.

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect or defective item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
